Our accommodation rates at Hinsley Hall include a buffet-style breakfast for delegates, lunch and dinner. Free Wi-Fi is available at the venue, as well as car parking facilities and a cash bar in the evening.

We have several accommodation options for conference speakers and attendees. Please note that as we are limited to a certain number of rooms at Hinsley Hall, these have been reserved for delegates who are presenting at the conference. Delegates are free of course to opt for non-residential accommodation if they wish; details are given below.

If you are giving a paper at the conference…

You will be allocated a room at Hinsley Hall; we will contact speakers about this in due course.

Please note that unlike previous years, Hinsley Hall is fully booked the night before the conference (Thursday 29th May), and so delegates cannot stay at the venue in advance of the conference. If you need to stay at Hinsley Hall on Sunday evening, you must arrange this with Hinsley Hall yourself. Contact details for the Hall are given above.
